Purchases of cigarettes, tobacco products (including vaping products), gift cards, vouchers and certificates, money orders or money transfers, postage stamps, tokens, transit passes, lottery tickets, bill payments, and any items that are legally prohibited cannot be included in your purchase total.

Once your valid receipt is uploaded, you will receive 1 gameplay to earn entries into the Grand Prize Draws draw. Receipts will be checked for validity at the time of the draw.

If you instantly win a €20.00 Top Card, you will be notified on screen with instructions on how to claim your prize.

If you are selected in any prize draw, you will receive an email from support@topoilwin.ie with further instructions. Please note that we will contact you using the details provided during registration.

If you did not complete the release form immediately, you can still access it by logging into the competition site.

Once logged in, go to My Account and then Bonus Code History. Locate the Bonus Code that won you the Top Card, and the link to the release form will be available there.

After you complete the release form, it will be reviewed. We will only contact you if there is an issue.

Please allow 4–6 weeks to receive your Top Card by mail, as there may be postal delays.

Please note that for the Top Card to work, the total purchase amount must be exactly €20 at the time of use. If the total exceeds this amount, the store must process the Top Card as a separate transaction. Otherwise, the card will not be accepted.

To help us investigate the issue further, could you please provide the following details:

• The exact amount that was attempted during the transaction when the Top Card was used
• The Top location where the purchase was made
• A photo of the back of the card, clearly showing the card number
